These terms apply to all users of this website and the Gonerby Gazette magazine.
 
Your use of the website confirms your acceptance of these terms. We cannot guarantee that you will always be able to access the website; we will not be liable to you for any interruption or delay that you experience in accessing the website, whatever the cause.

All material on this site is protected by copyright. You may only copy, download and reproduce it for your own personal use.

Copy/ Deadline / Format
All contributions must be submitted by the Gonerby Gazette deadline dates for future magazines; they can be found on the advertising page of the website. It cannot be guaranteed that copy received after this date will be able to be included in the Gonerby Gazette magazine.
 
It is the advertiserís responsibility to ensure that all adverts and editorial will be proofed prior to publication and is accurate, legal and copyright free. The editor of the Gonerby Gazette reserves the right not to publish articles or advertising, either of which are not considered to be appropriate or offensive or promote a product deemed to be indecent or illegal.
 
The editor does not accept any responsibility for the quality of products or services provided by advertisers in the Gonerby Gazette Green Pages. We cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies in advertisements nor to any consequences arising from this.
 
Advertising can be submitted in the following formats: PDF, JPEG, TIFF, MS WORD, MS PUBLISHER, MS POWERPOINT.
 
The Gonerby Gazette makes no guarantee that advertising will be successful. For the best chance of success, we recommend that advertising is booked for at least a three issue period.
 
Invoices and Payments
All invoices raised by the Gonerby Gazette shall become due for payment by the date shown on the invoice.
 
Invoices which are overdue for a period in excess of 14 (fourteen) days from the invoice due date for any services will be subject to credit control procedures.
 
We reserve the right to charge the advertiser for any external credit control services used in relation to recovery of the advertisers outstanding debt and we also reserve the right to charge compound interest on any debts older than 14 days from the due date on the invoice.
 
Cancellation
Advertising space should be cancelled by the copy deadline of the month preceding publication. Late cancellation may result in full payment being levied on the advertiser.
 
Law
These Terms and Conditions are formed under the laws of England and Wales and any legal claim shall be made in a court via the legal system of England and Wales.
 
Changes to Terms
The Gonerby Gazette, at all times, reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions set out here in this document without prior written notice to any of its advertisers and any subsequent changes will become applicable immediately. Any claims by any client will only be acceptable on grounds outside the current revision of this document. We will, at all times, where reasonably possible, make available for viewing our Terms and Conditions through our website.
